Blue Ridge is a drive-to mountain market with year-round demand and a strong fall. October is the busiest month, November stays are booked about 80 days out, and the holiday season is the second-busiest window of the year after leaf season.
The house is a design-led A-frame with a wall of glass, a wraparound deck, a barrel sauna and a fire pit, built to sit at the top of a market where the designed cabin and the ordinary one earn very different numbers.
A hot tub alone adds about $3,816 a year to a Blue Ridge listing. This one has a sauna, too.

Blue Ridge now has 1,496 active listings, and the average one is booked 37.8% of the time at $378 a night. The top 10% run 73% occupancy at more than $603 a night. The listing count keeps rising, which tells us it is a proven market.
Fannin County allows short-term rentals by right, and the town sits two hours from Atlanta with Arts in the Park, the Scenic Railway and the Aska Adventure Area driving visits in every season.
